If you have been experiencing horsepower and torque issues with your car, buying an exhaust system is an amicable option for you. This is not because exhaust systems are good to free some of the power in the vehicle engine but also because they allow for a quickier and more efficient way for exhaust gases to escape.

What Will An Exhaust System Do For Your Car

Moreover, exhaust systems are also instrumental in effectively processing the waste gas and fuel before letting them out in the environment. This means that you are helping to reduce the levels of pollution and global warming largely by opting for an exhaust system.

These advantages surely mean that your car’s engine can “breathe” better. It also means that your car engine will be better positioned than ever to facilitate an easy exit to spent fuel and air and allow new fuel and air to create more power. It is worthwhile to note that the exhaust handling characteristic of the car engine defines the efficiency factor of the vehicle.

Overall, an exhaust system is the best thing for your vehicle if you want to replace the existing system or want to enhance performance of your vehicle in quick time.

Internet map service licenses granted by China for selected operatorsThirty one Chinese and joint venture operators have been granted a first group of Internet map service licenses by China after authorities tightened market access amid concerns that the booming market for the service might undermine state security.

The operators included a national-level map publisher, several map service providers affiliated with major Chinese portals such as Baidu.com and Sina.com and obtained a class-A license from the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping.

From in.news.yahoo.com:

It is not clear whether Google which recently renewed its license to operate in China after a protracted spat with the government over privacy laws has obtained the license to operate maps. Operators who obtain a class-A license will be allowed to conduct services including map searching and locations, marking geographic information, downloading and copying of maps, and map transmissions and quotations.

Class-B licenses will restrict companies to offer services of map searching and locations, as well as geographic information marking, state run Xinhua news agency reported. All Internet map services providers will have to apply for a license, while those operating without the license will be prosecuted in China in accordance with the law, an official from the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping said.

The official did not elaborate on the deadline for license applications. Foreign-owned or foreign-invested Internet firms can apply for the license in the capacity of joint ventures or through cooperation with Chinese businesses, he said.

A joint venture between Nokia and New Alliance, Nokia Alliance Internet Services Company Limited, which is part of the Shanghai Alliance Investment Limited, is among the businesses that have obtained a class-A license.

Market Economy Needs EducationIn the times so far, we have seen that economists are born not made. Education doesn’t really make a man with the right management tricks, the innovative ideas but it is just created. The mind is developed in a view to target the business tactics and do something great in the market without even bothering about the risks in the industry. Educating a person in economics just gives an outline to the subject and the rules of the game are clearly defined. It’s the person who with the right bend of mind makes use of the knowledge and develops a strategy to become an economist. There are people like who made news by establishing huge brands such as Apple computers – Steve Jobs and Microsoft’s Bill Gates never completed their studies.

There is huge improvement to be made in schools where economics is just taken as a subject making students disinterested with the large theoretical database. The schools need to evolve with time and so do the teachers who should act economically correct. Today’s market seems to be much above the books and the real economists need their experience to bring out the market from the recession times.

The real marketers are the one who see the future and work ahead with the right element of passion, hard work and play the mind game whenever required. It’s the marketers’ world today which gains the greatest popularity for every firm. To refrain from prank marketing, a consumer needs to choose the real marketer and get the best out of him.

Get close to success and beat competitionIf you want to settle for nothing but success and perfection at the workplace, these inspiring quotes for staying close to success at the workplace will help you beat the competition in no time.

I’ve spent most of my life walking under that hovering cloud, jealousy, whose acid raindrops blurred my vision and burned holes in my heart.  Once I learned to use the umbrella of confidence, the skies cleared up for me and the sunshine called joy became my faithful companion. – Astrid Alauda

Our ordinary mind always tries to persuade us that we are nothing but acorns and that our greatest happiness will be to become bigger, fatter, shinier acorns; but that is of interest only to pigs.  Our faith gives us knowledge of something better: that we can become oak trees. – E.F. Schumacher

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?  Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.  We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. – Marianne Williamson

The whole conviction of my life now rests upon the belief that loneliness, far from being a rare and curious phenomenon, peculiar to myself and to a few other solitary men, is the central and inevitable fact of human existence. – Thomas Wolfe

If Columbus had turned back, no one would have blamed him. Of course, no one would have remembered him either. – Unknown

Creativity commonly associated with happy extrovertsAccording to a recently concluded study, outgoing people in a good mood are better than introverts as far as creativity is concerned.

The study was published in the journal Personality and Individual Differences.

From in.news.yahoo.com:

However, people who keep themselves to themselves are not creative whether they are in a good or neutral mood.

Stafford said his results showed personality and mood play a significant role in creativity.

“The more outgoing a person is, the more active their dopamine system is and a positive mood increases dopamine activity even further in many parts of the brain,” the Scotsman quoted him as saying.

“It is the combination of the extrovert personality-type in a positive mood which encourages more creative performance, and not positive mood alone,” he added.

It was remarked by Lorenzo Stafford, University of Portsmouth psychologist that happy extroverts are the most creative thinkers since they have more of the ‘happiness chemical’ dopamine.
